Lucina Tate is the heart of the Springs Tavern kitchen.

Lucy is synonymous with the Springs Tavern kitchen, having been serving up delicious dishes since the opening in 2011.

At 40 years young, Lucy’s career in kitchens has been diverse and exciting from catering to cruises, wineries and more! In her kitchen she strives to make as much as possible from scratch, from sauces, to dressing, and pasta!

Lucy enjoys working with fresh, seasonal WA produce to create hearty meals that delight the whole family, as well as delicate and decadent desserts that please any sweet tooth.
